Highlanders Project | Character Design | Keyframes

In this project I designed mountain people who travel in extreme cold and mountainous terrain. I wanted to design their clothing and technology to perform well in this environment.

In the beginning, I did a thorough study of technology and sources of inspiration so that I could make my design task easier.

When I had a general idea of the direction, I started design skeches of characters, after several explorations we knew which direction was the right one.

Having a costume design, I moved on to creating compositions to look for the story moment.

Exploration of the composition allowed us to choose the best possible scenario, we chose the frame that best sells the composition, the atmosphere of the landscape, the character design.

The final kickoff was to create a Keyframe that depicts the story in full color.
